I am suffering from scabies since one month. I used permethrin 5%lotion but not good result as I need. Tell me what should I do.

I understand your concern that you are not satisfied with permethrin 5% lotion because it takes atleast 4 weeks to treat scabies completely. I will ensure you that if you follow the following treatment strictly, you will be cured within 14 days. You need to isolate yourself from everyone as scabies is spread through a mite from skin to skin and even if it not manifesting, it maybe present with your other family members of friends. Apply permethrin 5% lotion once in a week for 4 weeks, apply all over body below neck at night and keep it for 10-12 hours before taking bath with warm water tab atarax 25 mg 1-0-1 for 10 days wash all your clothes and beddings with warm water on day 3 on starting this treatment.
