My child age 10 weeks. He have little cold .m given him nostrils daily ,my friend suggested me wikoryl af drops .can I give that medicine?

Clear nose by putting nasoclear nasal drops 2 drops in both nostrils for 6 to 7 times a day for 3- 4 days.

You can instill nasal saline drops into nostril when nose get blocked. Usually cold is viral infection and its last 5 to 7 days only. So only use nasal saline drops which is safe in 10 weeks old child.

Cold is not a major issue. Only frequent nasal saline drop is sufficient.
