me in 62 years old person. mujhe chakkar sa aa jata hai kabhi since jan 2020. I am taking medicine of vertigo. Recently doctor has advised to take tablets like diligan 25 and prestiq. Please advice me.

Dear lybrate-user, vertigo as the only symptom is unusual. It is usualy alonge with deafness, tinnitus wherin it becomes peripheral vertigo, or headache where it becomes central vertigo.in your case I would advise a hearing test pta {pure tone audiometry}.

as per your age,,, I would first want you to get your BP and Sugars tested,,, avoid stress, avoid straining yourself physically and mentally if you wear glasses please get them checked if BP and sugars are normal sometimes giddiness is a sign of these health problems too for any further queries or treatment trial please consult in private
