I have lost my sense of smell and taste. I don't have cold. It's been over a week and I cannot smell or taste anything.

The complete loss of smell is called anosmia. Without your sense of smell, food tastes different, you can't smell the scent of a flower, and you could find yourself in a dangerous situation. Nasal congestion from a cold, allergy, sinus infection, or poor air quality is the most common cause of anosmia. If it is severe in your condition then it can be discussed over a call or video meeting.
