Sir, I have erection problems, I am not getting enough erection during arousal and have semen leakage but not full erection and have premature ejaculation on penetration. I am not getting enough erection without rubbing. Instantly,i have occasional erection. Sometimes I get good erection but sometimes not. Sometimes erected in morning but mostly not.
