I am 16 year old. I feel stiffness in right abdomen muscle. Stiffness spread to my right shoulder then hand when I sit. When I touch right abdomen stiffness area it doesn't hurt. It feel like hard pipe. I have done sonography but no results are found. This problem is from 4 months. There are no other symptoms. I have taken neurobion tablet. I am not going anywhere due to spread of corona virus. Please give me some advice.

Do daily exercise yoga. Reduce your weight if high. As you told problem doesn't look like worrisome. But if its persists or increase may need further evaluation and treatment.

If ultrasound of abdomen is normal in case of right sided abdominal muscle stiffness & it spreads to shoulder & upper limb it is multiple level neurological involvement. Mri brain with cervical spine & screening of whole spine should be done.
