Is me cobalamin and mecofol plus nf medicine same? I have to take it for vitamin b12. So which medicine is fine?

Mecobalamin tablets have just Vitamin B12, whereas Mecofol plus NF has other vitamins as well. The concentrations may vary and will need to be seen on the pack description
