I am 25, male. About 7 months back, I had a medical check up done as I had abdomen swelling issue, fatigue, difficulty in breathing. The ultrasound report mentioned that I had fatty liver. The doctor, then told me to exercise and issue would be resolved. I don't drink alcohol. It's been 7 months now, amd I still feel my abdomen swelling to a level where I sometimes find it difficult to breathe. I have been exercising regularly and controlling my diet. Even on days when i've done a heavy workout, by evening the abdomen swells causing breathing difficulty and fatigue. The breathing difficulty and fatigue issue happen everyday please help.
