Hi doctor, I am 45 years old .i have heavy bleeding. My scan report says uterus is bulky with heterogeneous myometrium likely represents adenomyosis. I have been prescribed dienogest 2 mg for 3 months. Is it correct medication ?i m on dienogest now for 1 month. I did?t get my periods. Should I be concerned? After stopping will I again get back my heavy flow?

Only examining gynecologist can decide whether this is right treatment or other. If gynecologist has advised keep trust, continue and if complaints return he/she will suggest other management.
