My husband's age 74 yrs, due to prostrate cancer his turp done in the year 2017. Doctor suggested to take caluran cp50. From that time continuing caluran cp50. Should he continue. Recent psa 0.003.

Bicalutamide can be given only for a month or so but as effect is good than continue but this is not standard treatment I would advise hormone therapy with leuprolide or zoladex irbil orchidectomy.
