Im 8 weeks pregnant. I ve hypothyroid for past 3 yrs. I was taking eltroxin 50 mcg. 5 days back I checked thyroid tsh level is 4.now doc prescribed me thyronorm 12.5 mcg. Is it enough? Bcoz before I was taking higher dose now it's very low compared to 50 mcg. Should I need to increase the dose. please help me doc. I'm so stressed.

See. 1st 9 weeks the tsh should below 2.5 and after this it should be up to 3 or less. I think your doc has added 12. 5 mcg to the 50 mcg you were taking i.e 62. 5 mcg to be taken now. But I request you to talk to your doc to clear the confusion. Wish you good health.
