Hi doctor, my kid is 6 months old, from two months he has perianal rash due to motions acidic nature and lactose intolerance. Eventually it will cure in few days and he will become normal once we stop mother milk and use zerolac milk. Once rash reduces slowly we will introduce mother milk. Now, from one week we are observing small pus filled sacs in perianal area and skin is bumpy there. Baby is crying very badly and eventually that pus (white) filled sacs will burst and turning out to a rash again. Not sure what's happening and what is the reason for this white filled small sacs around perianal area, kindly help with your valuable inputs doctor please. Many thanks in advance.

Kindly ensure the diaper area is not wet for a longer duration. Pat dry with a clean wet cloth instead of rubbing vigorously (to avoid friction). Make sure the area is completely dry after cleaning, before putting a fresh diaper. Mix any diaper rash cream (happy nap/ derma dew diaper rash cream etc) with coconut oil and apply gently on the area. Make sure there are no similar rashes in the thigh or buttock folds.
