Can I apply dettol on piles for relief? Is using dettol for internal piles is poisonous?

Not poisonous, but of no use.

No. Dettol will cause rash and itching. it is of no benefit in piles. apply proctosedyl ointment 2 to 3 times. Both outside and inside.

Dettol is non poisonous. But it is not the treatment for internal piles.

Please don't use dettol directly, however you can go for warm seitz bath putting 10 ml. In water.

Good evening sir, dettol application is irritating and may be goes in hypersensetivity reaction. So for pile only leuk warm water in big tub bath and sit fown in it for 10-15 min twice a day with proper ointment. No spicy food. Hight fiber diet as green leafy vegetable and fruiets. Regards.

Try to do this take aa betadine solution and take aa tub full it with water till quarter part and put betadine solution in it sit for 15 minutes. That will give you maximum relief.

Dettol is not recommended for application over pile mass. Rather magnesium sulphate and glycerine paste is advised to reduce the edema and size of pile mass.
