I am a 27 years old woman and I started menstruating when I was just 11 years old. As I remember I started masturbating when I was around 9 or 10 may be. I have developed this habit of squeezing my thighs together to get orgasms. None of my parents noticed this weird, wrong habit of mine and then I lost both of them when I was of 11 years only. I then stayed with my maternal aunt and their family, but I could never get so closed to them to share these with them. And they also never cared to ask such things. I am really sorry if I am wrongly accusing them, I really do not know how do parents take care of these, have no experience at all. Now my problem is I just don't get any pleasure or orgasms through the normal natural processes like - rubbing the clitoris or penetrative sex. These normal natural processes feels very uncomfortable to me. No matter how hard I try with my clit or touching my other sexual parts, I am just unable to get pleasures out of it. Penetrative sex also feels painful to me. I need to learn to achieve clitoral orgasms. Is there any exercise to do this conditioning and correct my habit?
