My wife is 62 years old and is having some kidney problem. Her serum creatinine level is around 3.5 and blood urea 78 with blood glucose fasting is 104 after taking insulin lantus 20 units once daily. Her b, p .is around 130 /85 after taking medicine such as cilacar 20 and prezo press xl 5 2 times daily. Please suggest some medicines to bring down her creatinine level gradually and also blood urea level. Apurba neogi (husband)

Control b.sugar f <150; pp <200. Control bp 120/80. Salt 2gm water 1-1.5litre. Protein restricted diet only this will help no medicine will help to reduce creatinine level.
