I took pregabalin 75 (mg) once daily for 1 month in november last year for pain at the site of liver biopsy (needle, the results shown a normal liver). After taking one month I stopped suddenly. Since then I am suffering from withdrawal symptoms of the medicine. Initially I had chest pain floating from left to right. Slowly it receded and from then I am having neck pain on both sides. It's been 5 months and the symptoms continue. My anxiety levels also increased. Doctors I consulted are saying that you shouldn't stop it cold turkey and should have tapered. What should I do now? Should I wait for some more time? Which doctor should I consult? I am just 25. Please help me.
