My daughter, yesterday morning wakeup and saying she is feeling stomach ache. She didn't have motion and later started vomiting and her temperature went to 100.8. Since yesterday she is having vomiting. We gave paracetamol syrup to her and vomikind. Today morning also she did vomiting. Please help.
