Hello, I am 30 years old and being married for 7 yrs. We are trying for baby since last 4 years I was 7 wks pregnant in 2016 but missed due to low heart beat and detachment. My cycle is regular (30dys) no other health issues. We are taking pregnacare conception tablets. My doc took progesterone test and it is low so I was thinking of susten sr 400 (during earlier preg (2016) was prescribed to take by doc). So my question is: is it ok to take susten sr 400 orally while have conception tables? Will it be good and help to conceive and if yes then from which day I can take it and for how long should I take it?

Susten can be taken as it can reduce the risk of miscarriage. however, whether it's actually effective or not, is not known. You can take it as it's safe.

It should be take after ovulation only, so take it after consulting a gynaec, not otherwise. It won't increase chances of pregnancy per say but definitely will support pregnancy.
