Sore throat, pressure in ears and fatigue & body ache for last 3 weeks. No cough or sneeze. Body temperature is also normal. Also pelvic pain off and on (was diagnosed with pelvic inflammation couple of months back - had taken antibiotics and it had subsided). Have taken one course (3 day) each of wikoryl + d-cort and azee + augmentin after talking to couple of docs. But the relief was temporary. Kindly help. Everyone else in the family is totally fine including elders and kids.

Hello lybrate-user. Hope you are safe and well with your family members. Your symptoms point more likely towards a non specific viral inflamatory changes leading to eustachian tube catarrh and laryngo-pharyngitis. I would advice you - rest, hydration and proper diet. These 3 things usually help a healthy individual recover from any viral infection. Symptomatic treatment can be taken in the form of tab sinarest (twice a day) for a few days. Incase you still don't feel better, we would need to consult you in details.
