I am 5 weeks pregnant and have history of dvt. Doctor prescribed me with lonopin 40 once in a day and ecosprin 150 mg in night. I got red spot and bluish spot near injection site. Is it normal?

It is absolutely normal. You should not stop lonopin and ecosprin. In injection area, apply ice. Take injections at different sites on different days.
