The chance of conception does NOT only depend on AMH. We need to see age, husband's sperm condition and duration of trying and also the condition of the Fallopian tubes. Low AMH means you have less number of eggs, therefore you should NOT delay treatment. But what treatment you require, mainly depends on your age (most important) and AFC (seen by TVS).
