Hello sir/ma'am my last lmp was march 2nd and upt test is negative I am diagnosed with pcos I am under ayurvedic medication I am advised to take regestrone tablet for withdrawal bleeding, and then clomifene citrate 50 mg from 3rd day to help in ovulation as we are ttc from past 4 months but no luck so I was advised with this medication. And I would like to know what is the success rate of this medication kindly guide me.

This medicine can be taken only for a limited period of time. So its better if you take it after the lockdown so that monitoring can be done and you know exactly and how much it is working.

From history part I can say that you have fertility issues. 1. Weight reduction if you r obese or overweight. 2 diet changes with help of good dietitian. 3. Try with letrozole not with cc. 4. Get done husband semen analysis. If on follicular study if you ovulate then you can plan times intercourse or iui cycle.
