Please give ors, 70 ml after every loose stool. Continue z&d for 14 days in total and entromax for 5 days in total. Keep a look out for the urine output. If it is adequate and the baby is active, then donot worry. It might take 7-10 days for the diarrhoea to subside. Avoid milk and milk based formula for some days. Consult a pediatrician for age appropriate non milk based formula. Consult a pediatrician immediately in case of decreased urine output, lethargy and blood in stools.

Apke bacche ko secondary lactose intolerance ho gayi hai. Agar woh formula milk leta hai to lactose free formula milk use kijiye. Agar breast milk pe hai. Lactaze enzyme wali drop jaise ki yamoo drop dijiye doodh pilane ke pehle 5 boond dijiye harbaar. Z n d chalne de. Aur entromax ki jagah econorm sachet use kijiye. Bache ka stool r/e kara lijiye. Ors dete rahiye.
