My father 62 years (no medical illness, no sugar, bp 140, no medication) height 5'1, weight 65 kg. He has very small white patches on his both knee some 4 years back. There is no pain nor itching. So we ignored. Now, after 4 years we observed similar patches on both elbows. Small in size, no itching, no pain. We consulted a doctor online. He doubted it to be velitigo/ leukoderma. And suggested momate xl 40 gm cream to apply and some tablets like pigmento, neurobion. But when I analysed about velitigo, it is said that there is no cure for this disease. Can you please suggest if I continue applying above cream? And is there any way to stop spreading of this patches to other body parts? And any diet to follow to stop this problem? Please help. (currently he has only 1 inch patch on both knee and 1 inch patch on both elbows. Nowhere else.) we want to stop this spread.
