Sir my 7 month old baby have khasi cough wali. Last 7 days please suggest med for her. I had give azithromycin and sinarest but not relief.

You can give asthalin syp if there is wet cough, stop azithromycin as its antibiotic, do not give it without consultation. 7 months age is very younger age to have cough wali khasi, so its better to consult nearby pediatrician to r/o lung infection.

Give nebulisation with 3 % normal saline 3 time per day for 3 days give drops brozeet ls 1 ml 3 time daily for 5 days agar khansi jyda hai toh near by pediatrician kondika lijiye.
