I am 65 years old, sex-male. Experiencing extreme weakness and fatigue for several months. Blood pressure remains low. Urine dark yellowish. Sometimes I feel feverish but thermometer reading shows normal body temperature few months back haemoglobin was as low as 6.8. Taking sederom tablet on doctor advice. Now hemoglobin value is 9.1gm/dl. Went for an lft on doctor's advice in mar, 2020. Results- 1. Bilirubin- 2.12 mg/dl bilirubin (direct)-0.33 indirect-1.79 several times bilirubin test in the last few months shows that bilirubin levels remain elevated and remain at around 2 mg/dl. 2. Alkaline phosphatase-144u/l. 3.total protein-7.6g/dl. 4. Albumin-3.7g.dl. 5. Globulin-3.9g/dl. 6. Albumin globulin ratio-1.0 7. Sgot-29u/l 8. Sgpt-25u/l 9. Ggt-38u/l 10. Lactate dehydrogenase-199u/l I am a retd. Person and not in any occupation now. Therefore, I mostly stay at home. Had the habit of smoking earlier. Now I smoke occasionally but not much. I have a normal diet at home. I don't consume much oily or fatty food. Very rarely consume fried items, ghee, butter etc. Never consumed alcohol. Can't visit doctor due to lighten. Please say if the condition is serious. As I am unable to visit gastroenterologist now due to lighten, please suggest some remedy for improving conditions.
