Hello lybrate-user. Yes there are treatment modalities for this. Some people have it light that can be corrected with some exercises. Those who have this problem severe can do esthetic treatment like derma fillers etc. You make sure of following points, - you chew from both side. - sleep in a supine position. I.e not at any particular side daily on the weight of your cheek. - stop sitting in a sagging manner. - do some lip exercises daily. Yes physiotherapy will help too. But it all depends on the intensity of your problem. Best will be if you share some pics. Also share your age. Kindly msg me for more details.

Hey there, it can be due to multiple reasons. One reason is that you just noticed it and it had been like this always. Second could be after tooth extraction or any injury in head and neck region. Third is nerve related issue. You can consult a physician initially. Then after taking your complete history and any investigation, you will be referred accordingly. Yes, physiotherapy can be used as an adjunct but you need to find and treat the cause first. Try puffing your cheeks and check if they are equally bloated. If not, you may be having facial palsy caused by injury to facial nerve. Rest can be commented by a detailed history and examination.
