Basically you have identified that there is no activity and moreover not a good healthy diet you are on. First thing daily activity and control of salt and oily food. Check regularly your bp for a week even though it's still on higher side then we should think of to start.

fried food is not dangerous. Reduce sugar alcohol and jaggery from diet. measure BP once every week on fixed dates after resting for ten minutes. If it continues to be high get your sugar creatinine and urine r/e done and start a BP tablet. Megalis will not raise BP
