Hello doctor I had blisters on my penis skin which painful and skin was red and burning. My physician gave me acyclovir but burning didn't go so I went to the dermatologist he said I have genital warts and gave treatment by cauterization. I am warts free since then after many check ups. I had done std panel check after 3 months of the outbreak. Test result we're: vdrl negative hsv1 igg positive, igm negative hiv 4th generation - negative hsv2 igg and igm - negative tpha - negative. I repeated hiv and vdrl after 9 months it was negative. Hbv negative hbc negative but I still got lot of pain in penis so doctor gave me tryptomer every night but no improvement for 3 years but by almighty grace the pain has reduced in penis. Doctor can you tell me if I would be able to get baby in future. I am really worried. I also got diabetes because of tension and stress. Recently I was diagnosed with varicocele mild which gives me pain along with chest in scrotum.
