Have had a medical abortion of misoprostol 800 mg buccal administered. The gestational period was three weeks. The amount of blood passed was very low the first 3 days but increased on the 4th and 5th day. The clots were relatively very small (size of a bean). I have few hours felt shortness of breath, the same feeling I felt when I had eclampsia and was reacting to a sepsis shock of foetal faeces inside me? What could be wrong?
