Since one week im not getting sleep night. I can not able to sleep at least 1 hr also full night im awake. Usually I used to sleep late night only. But I used to get good sleep before. My sleeping time was 12-7: 30 before. Because of lock down now im. Not going for any works. So beginning I used to sleep 2-3 am morning and waking up even more late .but from last sunday im. Mot sleeping. Day time I used to sleep 1 hr or 2 hr afternoon. Other than that I can not able to sleep. Please give me information on this problem.

Do u nap in daytime Or do u sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it. U need to change ur habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching TV or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed. Even if u not able to sleep do not start chatting on what's app or face book etc. Don't sleep till late in morning. Eat healthy well balanced food. Finish ur dinner at least 2 hours before bed time. This means you have disturbed the body sleeping mechanism and now unless you train your body for sleep pattern, your bioclock will be disturbed and you will face lot of health issues as you grow old. So atleast now try to shift to normal sleep pattern like going to bed by 10 pm.
