Hi I am 33 years old male. 20 days back, I had anal fissure. I went to a doctor, he told it was acute fissure. Blood test and urine test was taken. Blood test was normal, but urine test indicated bacteria. He gave me axycef and zoffy-s tablets for a week. Gel for inflammation and cremaffin plus. In the second week he gave lovolkem (levoflaxin). Diclomed and cremaffin plus. Since then I have been experiencing throat hoarseness (mild) for almost 12 days. I am pooping 3 times a day (stopped all medication 1 week back). Due to lighten, I cannot contact him.(i have no fever/cold/body ache etc). Please suggest some measures.
