I have been suffering from prostetomegaly since 8 years and at my first investigation I got urine retention. I had been using urimax. 0.4 but now again it occurs. And doctor told me after investigation and ultrasound that I got benign prostate hyperplasia. He prescribed me catheterization, macpee and solution d for one month. Then he removed my catheter and prescribed urimax d. But again I got urine retention. Now in this lock down situation I am under catheterization with urimax d. 2 trials of catheter removal failed. Now what to do at present. Before one month my prostate size was 47 ml and the psa level was 5.27.
