If you already are having diagnosed pcod chances of spontaneous conception may be low even if you are young,/24 yrs since you haven't been able to conceive despite 6 cycles of ovulation induction you need a full infertility work up to rule out other causes of infertility as well and no more oral medications for ovulation since all medications come with side effects so further decision to be taken after full work at a dedicated infert center.

In PCOS most of the women can conceive after proper ovulation induction. Please remember, if you plan for baby, regularization of period may be difficult. Still pregnancy is possible. therefore, please continue treatment. But as you already received 6 cycles of ovulation induction and are trying for long time, I will advise (if not done) to check husband's semen and your fallopian tubes. If OK, then IUI can be good option for you.
