I'm 20 year old male I have nasal congestion and dry cough, throat itching from 4 to 5 month and i'm taking montelukast and cetirizine and cough syrup and nasal spray on doctor prescription. Until i'm taking medicine i'm all ok but after dose gets over it start again. Please suggest me to recover from this.

Hello lybrate-user, looks like you are suffering from irritative rhinopharyngitis secondary to allergy. Basically a complete detailed history is needed (like where you live, your work place, your food habits etc etc) and a look at certain investigations is also required. Only after this we can come to conclusion as to continue medication or switch to some other.
