Hi lybrate-user its very sad to know that your child is suffering from autism, treatment of autism is multidisciplinary approach including behavioural, occupational therapy etc. So there are some autistic center and even schools also, so you should approach them for better management and care of your child.

Rather than giving two antipsychotics he can be managed by single antispychotic with SSRI combination. Good luck

For hyperactivity & aggression - the dose of drugs need to be increased. For the stomach pain, first consult a general surgeon (or pediatrician or general medicine) to see if everything is normal. They will guide you with the treatment.

Sizodon and asprito are used to help with aggression problems associated with autism, but they can cause constipation and stomach upset as a side effect. Asprito is better than sizodon. You could request your psychiatrist to just try asprito, and at a reduced dose. Give asprito after food. This may help with stomach pain problem. Also monitor what kind of food (e.g wheat or milk) causes stomach upset to your child, and try avoid them. Use other behavioural strategies to help with aggression problem rather than using medicines regularly. Please contact if you need help further.
