I started having throat pain about a month back. I took azifast for 5 days and levocetirizine for about 10 days and cured 80%.again I took azifast for 3 days. But still I experience pain. In the morning I don't have pain. I don't have pain at one place it changes the place. It itself goes also. In the meantime, I am doing daily gargles as well but it's not curing kindly advise.

Sore throat can have many causes, infective being just one of them. Do you also have cold cough or runny nose? Is your throat also itchy and feels like something is stuck inside? How is your stomach, any acidity, gas or bloating or heartburn? These things need to be evaluated as acid reflux and allergy seem to be causes for your sore throat. Consult online for a detailed evaluation and medication advise. In the meantime, avoid spicy and fried food. Cut down on tea and coffee. Use ppis for any acidity. Drink plenty of lukewarm water. Do not overdo salt water gargles.
