I get random chest pain (mostly left side) and shortness of breath (like shaking and feeling like I can not breath) and even tingling in my legs and arms. These events occur randomly (while playing basketball, sitting in a car, waking up in the middle of the night, after going on a run, and other random times). I have had blood tests, chest xray, ekg, echocardiogram and stress test and nothing abnormal except sinus bradycardia / sinus arrhythmia and on one ekg in july 2018 an incomplete right bundle branch block. Many doctors and cardiologist have said its nothing to be concerned about and think it is costochondritis/ anxiety and maybe even gerd (heartburn). I may also have a gluten or folic acid intolerance that runs in the family. I am worried this chest pain and shortness of breath is something more concerning. This chest pain also happened after smoking marijuana 4 years ago and has been present since. I stopped smoking ever since. Could the chest pain be related to the marijuana? Any ideas? Any other tests that you think need to be done? If so immediately or just in the future? Thanks.
