I am having a sharp pain at the tip of my penis. Initially it was very minimal now the size of my pain gradually increasing -it?s like at-least once a day I feel that for few seconds sharp pain exactly at my tip. It?s bearable pain only for now but I can see the density of pain increases from old days - pls suggest do I need to visit a doctor -thanks in advance.
