Fluid overload is a common problem in patients with kidney diseases especially those on dialysis. The best solution to this is -restriction of liquid intake- you should restrict liquid including water, milk, tea, etc roughly equal to the amount of urine passed - reduce salt intake - regular dialysis - you can take tab dytor if your doctor thinks it would help you.
