I have been sporting from 6 months. I was diagnosed with simple ovarian cyst of 5cmearlier and was prescribed duphaston for 4 cycles. After that, I was tested again and was told that cyst no longer exists and blood reports are normal. My doctor suggested me stop all medication and wait for normal periods. But I have been spotting every single day from past 6 months. I have changed the doctor and now he prescribed krimson 35 and trapic mf. But still my spotting is not stopping. I am really worried now. I don't know why I am having spotting even if my reports said I just have mild pcos.

Hello lybrate-user! as you have mentioned youhave been taking krimson 35 abs spottng is still there. 1) hope you are taking krimson 35 regularly (not missing any pill as prescribed) 2) do ultra sonography to rule out any endometrial polyp and per speculum (vaginal) examination for cervical polyp. As polyps usually present as spotting on and off. Hope this helps. Thank you.

As your age is 50 years you should not take hormonal treatment you should go for dandc histopathological examination. Get blood sugar be done. Consult your gynaecologist. Rpt. Usg for size of uterus e.t. Presence of ovarian cyst.
