I have pcod. My right ovary bulky (14.39 cm3 volume) right ovary normal (8.37 cm3. I also have insulin resistance problem. I am taking letrozole tablet 2.5 mg twice for five days by doctor's advice but no trigger shot this month.in my last cycle I didn't conceive. Is there any chance in this month? Can ovulation occur with the help of only letrozole? Please help me out doctors.
