Sir pain in my anus while passing stool (like cut in anus). Some time blood in stool. Stool is hard not soft. Constipation problem. Obesity problem. I am taking medicine ofloxacin, aciloc, dicomp (amira) since 2 days. Some little comfort but problem not solved. Kindly advice on the same.
