Hi lybrate-user, as I have mentioned in my previous posts, hair fall is because of multiple factors, namely nutritional, hormonal, genetic, stress induced, environmental etc. If it is baldness, you need to get evaluated systematically. Sometimes ,local scalp conditions like dandruff, folliculitis etc can cause hairfall. Usually ,shampoos and oils don't play much role in stimulating hair growth .oiling (massaging to scalp) indirectly helps in increasing blood flow to the hair follicles but canaggravate dandruff in prone patients. Similarly, shampoos also minimal role expect for clearing the debris and scales in dandruff cases. Use biotin supplements, calcium supplements, vitamin d for timebeing. Take good protein diet, include plenty of vegetables and fruits .incorporate omega 3 foods in your diet. Get blood tests done if not responding in a month or so and follow up with your local dermatologist.

Nahi hogi baldness. Baldness ke kaaran aur hote hai. Antifungal shampoo se nahi baldness hoga.
