Sir initially I was suffering from sinus when I was like 9-10 years old I got treatment now I am 18 and every year when there is seasonal change like from winter to summer I got problems in breathing! due to gerd at night and this year is getting worse as can't consult a doctor in lockdown. Last year I suffered from this and doctor prescribed me pantop 40 but now it's not treating it properly I have sour burps for like whole day prescribed me something more effective asap.

Hello. It seems you are having a lot of acid reflux. It would be better to take combination of pantoprazole and domperidone. You can also add an antacid. It is important to follow dietary precautions when dealing with acid reflux. Avoid fried and spicy food. Cut down on tea and coffee. Drink plenty of water. And make sure to keep a 2 hour gap between your meal and lying down.
