I had a typhoid fever for nearly 2 weeks. The blood test showed s.typhi o- 1: 320 and s.typhi h- 1: 160. I took zanocin 200 mg tablet twice daily after meals for nearly 5 weeks. I stopped taking it a week ago since the doctor told me that i'm fully cured. After nearly 2 days of discontinuing the zanocin dose, i'm feeling mild but sharp pain in my bone joints all around my body, my ribs are sore, I have a swollen painful lymph node under my jaw and mouth ulcer for more than a week now. Is this the possible side effect of the antibiotic? My hemoglobin is 11.4 (low)
