Hi 28 f trying to get pregnant. From past four months I have irregular periods and not getting pregnant. I am getting my periods on 42 nd day or 40th day or 43 rd day from past four months. I consulted gynecologist today and she took ultrasound report and said I have 2 cm endometriosis cyst and mild adenomyosis uterus. Have suggested to take hsg test this week. Can someone please help me whether this is big issue. With medication will I be able to get pregnant. Report as follows: uterus length - 7.30 cm ut h: 4.53 cm ut vol: 81.03 cu. Cm ut w: 4.68 cm endo :0.80 cm uterus body: 16.51 cm right ovary l: 4.01 cm right ovary h: 2.49 cm right ovary w :2.23 cm ovary vol: 11.60 cu. Cm left ovary l: 2.83 cm ovary h: 2.49 cm ovary w: 2.25 cm ovary vol: 8.27 cu. Cm please suggest.
