Sir, I am female 68 years old. Have b.p.& diabetes,& vertigo now. I am taking allopathic medicines for b.p& diabetes. Please suggest a tablet for vertigo zevert 16 mg or diligan 25 (my sister 60 years with b.p& diabetes takes &she is taking either zevert 16 mh or diligan 25. Thanks doctor.

Dear lybrate-user, vertigo as a singlr symptom is rara ,usualy it is associated with other symptoms like headache, tinnitus, hearing dysfunction, ect. You have to be more forthcoming as far as your associated symptoms are concerned.

You have to find out what's the cause of your vertigo and take treatment accordingly (this may not be drugs ). If you start taking tabs with out this you may end up taking tabs for a very long time unnecessarily.
