My son who is 20 years old having lot of cracks in his both legs for the last 2 years. And undergone allopathic treatment for 1 year and now ayurvedic treatment using viagra tablets and visora oil. There is not much development. Also suffered from slight breathing difficulty for the last one month. Kindly advise.

Hello! as per your history, your son might be suffering from plantar fissures or plantar psoriasis or any other dermatitis or infection also. Please do attach the clinical pictures for best assestment and guidance. Always ,stop medicines whether allopathic or ayurvedic causing discomfort. Regarding the difficulty of breathing, please consult general physician as early as possible to find out the cause behind that. For the cracks, for timebeing use urea based moisturizing cream 2 to 3 times a day. Take plenty of fluids and use mild soap for cleansing. Use coconut for both legs before bath to prevent dryness.

Hi lybrate-user its look like planter keratoderma for ayurvwdic medicines tab arogya vardhini ras 2_2_2 after food aragvadh mahatiktam ghrit 10 ml two times after food aragwadhadi kashay 2-0-2 before dood. Apply externaly nalpamaradi oil two to three times in a day.
