Doctor, myself vani. Me and my husband were trying to get pregnant for past 11 months. I have been taking duphaston and siphene for past 3 months. When I started trying for a baby, my periods became irregular. Sometimes it's length varies from 25 to 32 days. Any possible way that I can get pregnant. Please help.

If it's just 11 months since you are trying to be pregnant than you don't need any medication.

If you have done tvs follicular study after taking siphene and it showed you had ovulation, in one month of trying, the chance of preganncy is only 15%. Therefore you should continue it for 3-4 months. 25-32 days gp is normal. Do not worry.

Just try to have intercourse during your fertility period i.e 12-20th day of your cycle. You can use I -know strips (ovulation strip-follow the instruction given on it) which tells you about your ovulation day ,fertile period. Try this for next one month. If still you not conceived then you might need to do some blood test, sonography and your husband also needs to investigate. Please visit infertility specialist in your area.
